Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase, as production may begin shortly after the order is received.

Refunds & Returns

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition where possible
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the item is received and assessed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law
